Has 15 years of extensive experience and knowledge of Real Estate in the Southern California market and has been instrumental in marketing, sales, investment, tenant improvement construction management/design and leasing over 180 million dollars of properties. He has a strong business background in the Real Estate Industry with a good understanding of the market demand and inventory flexibility. He has also dealt with numerous Hispanic companies and individuals with the gift of speaking fluent Spanish.

A Tortuga Builders LLC (a USVI Limited Liability Company) Consultant and President of Innovar Structures is highly knowledgeable and experienced in providing high quality, sustainable, durable, long lasting modular and modified container “cube buildings” to various end users. His primary business focus is the manufacture, sale, and delivery of modified shipping container cubes for use in single family, multifamily, RV’s, emergency uses, dwelling units, and public/private schools. Rather than using new steel and lumber, the Company capitalizes on the structural engineering and extreme design parameters that the shipping containers used for the structure, must meet, and repurposes them for use in multiple applications.

He developed green building technology with light gauge steel panelized construction systems. He’s also a pro at supply chain, quality control, and best practices in purchasing, receiving, stock, production, and logistics. He has 16 years’ experience living and working in Brazil and the Caribbean; and is fluent in Portuguese.
